The environment is on everyone's mind and list of priority areas for the future. The Directorate-General for the Environment of the European Commission invites you to take part in the initiative CITIZENV (Citizens for the Environment).
The initiative revolves around a discussion between a group of 25 young people aged between 18 and 25 years old. The Maltese Deputy Director General, Mrs Joanna Drake, will be facilitating the Maltese edition of the event at Europe House in Valletta on 9 April 2019 from 16:00 to 19:00.
You'll have the opportunity to tackle 5 questions in an open, participatory way, to gather ideas on what matters in the European Commission’s environmental policies for youth. The goal of this exercise is to listen to the concerns of young people and put them into action.
CITIZENV is a very dynamic and friendly experience and we're confident you will enjoy airing your environmental concerns and seeing your thoughts being taken up by high-level officials within the EU. See you there!
